To always remember that each Resident is an individual and that their individuality and independence must be observed by all members of our Team.

To work together as a team to improve and promote each Resident’s quality of life by high caring standards with early detection of any difficulties and to consult each Resident wherever possible on their care needs and preferences.

To maintain at all times a homely, warm and caring environment in our Home so that our Residents always feel content, well cared for and comfortable and fully involved and considered in their daily living arrangements.

To promote social contact with other Resident’s and to encourage expression of views and friendship amongst our Resident’s and our Team within the Home.

The Management and all members of staff liaise and work together as a Team to ensure that the principles of our Philosophy of Care are achieved at all times and improved upon wherever possible.
